Mr. Ali Raza is one of Pakistan’s most renowned civil engineer and currently holds the distinguished position of General Manager and Project Director Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project Muzaffarabad Azad Jammu and Kashmir. He completed His Bachelors in Enginnering degree from Sind University Jamshoro Sind Pakistan. Over the years, Mr. Raza has proven his value in project management, planning, progress monitoring and management of multi-discipline projects, Coordination of HR and site administration activities, supervision of Civil/Mechanical works, logistics & procurement functions, Engineering, operations and maintenance of power plants & boilers, Quality and Safety Management. His other demonstrated expertise includes the overall management of Hydropower projects, Construction of mega Hydropower and Canal construction projects, Large size Tunnel Projects, Diversion of Rivers and Canals and Contract management, Preparation of International Tender/Bidding Documents, Assessment for prequalification of Contractors, Handling of consortium of Consultants and Contractors. Among the various key positions that Mr. Raza has held, the position of Chief Engineer and Project Director Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project. Muzaffarabad AJ & K, Project Director Central Material Testing Laboratory (CMTL) WAPDA Lahore Pakistan, Director Technical, Greater Thai Canal Project WAPDA, Director Technical Greater Thal Canal Project WAPDA and Director (Contracts) Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project WAPDA are the most notable.

Mr. Ali Raza’s has also attended innumerable overseas and local training workshops and done several courses relevant to his field. His political affiliations include Member Pakistan Engineering Council, Member Institute of Engineers Pakistan and Member Mint Agro & Farming Advisory Board (MAB).
