Dr. Arshad Gill is working as plant pathologist. He is an internationally qualified professional and has done his MS and PhD from Univ. of Philippines, Los Bonas Laguna-Philippines, with focus in Plant Pathology. Dr. Gill has a vast experience of more than 37 years in Agricultural research with the focus on Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Agronomy, Entomology and Soil Chemistry. His professional working experience includes, as Director, Regional Agriculture Research Institute-Bahawalpur, Plant Pathologist, Ayub Agricultural Research Institute-Faisalabad, Plant Pathologist, Rice Research Institute-Kala Shah Kaku and as Research Fellow, International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) University of Philippines at Los Banos Laguna-Philippines. His professional experience includes research, which encompasses to guide and supervise the research activities in Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding and Genetics in respect of Rice, Wheat, Oil Seed Crops, Sorghum & Millet, Pulses and Vegetables.
